Wolf

Wolves are very elusive creatures and are one of the hardest trophies to harvest. Wolves can be hunted during all the Fall or Spring hunts, however, the best time to hunt Wolves is in the Winter. This time of the year, wolves travel in larger packs on the frozen lake systems looking for food. When hunting wolves in the Winter, we work at calling them in or find one of their moose kills and watch these sites using one of our heated blinds.

Lynx

Lynx are very curious. They can also be called in, or found dining on what the wolves have left behind. Their main food source is Snow Shoe Hares, Lemmings or Game Birds such as Grouse. The Lynx is sought after by garment fur dressers because of it’s incredible hair quality and soft markings. The Lynx hunting season runs from November 15 until February 15. Our lynx and wolf hunts are done with snow mobiles from comfortable, heated camps.
